BPIF Excellence Awards Winners: Training and Development Judges Comments: "Halstan demonstrated a willingness to include a total cross section of their workforce in the programme. With a total commitment from the Chief Executive and the Board they analysed their needs and embarked on an intervention to put every aspect of their business under the microscope.
